C. Santos VP (hereinafter “CSVP”) hereby informs you of its Privacy Police, which informs its clients and website users of their rights and establishes how it collects and uses their personal data.

CSVP is committed to protecting your personal data, in compliance with the obligations arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”), Law no. 58/2019 of 8 August and other legislation on the protection of personal data and privacy.

CSVP only processes your data for the purposes identified herein.

CSVP is the official representative of Mercedes-Benz, smart, represents the Mercedes-Benz, smart and Mitsubishi brands in Madeira.

CSVP address that you also read the privacy polices of these brands, as they may collect your personal data independently. You should contact the respective brand directly with any questions regarding their use of personal data.

3. Dados Pessoais, titulares, categorias e forma de recolha de dados pessoais

3.1 O que são dados pessoais?

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier. An identifier may be, for example, the name, identification number, location data, electronic identifiers or one or more elements specific to the physical physiological, genetic mental, economic or social identify of that natural person.

3.2 Quem são os titulares de dados pessoais?

The costumer or potential customer, a natural person, to whom the data relates and who uses, or intends to use, the products or services offered by CSVP.

The representative/employee or point of contact in the company, in the case of legal persons, in the context of the execution of a contract or pre-contractual procedure entered between that company and CSVP.

Candidates who provide us with their personal data as part of an ongoing recruitment process or if they have submitted a spontaneous application.

Name, civil or tax identification data, data required for payment, billing address, date of birth, telephone contact, email address, driving licence (the latter, for example, for test drive requests)

In the case of representatives/employees of legal persons, we only collect data that is essential for the proper performance of the contract, such as name, email address and telephone number.

In the case of candidates for any vacancy advertised on the CSVP website, we will process personal data provided in the Curriculum Vitae, as well as the results of tests and/or interviews necessary for the selection and recruitment process.
