Instructions

This form is used to report new vehicle registrations (first registrations) or changes in ownership (Ex-Demo/Courtesy). Please complete it for each vehicle that has been registered or delivered to a customer.

How to fill in the form:

1. Enter the full 17-digit VIN. The system will automatically verify if the VIN exists in our database. If not, you will receive an error message.

2. Select your country, then choose your dealership from the Responsible Dealer dropdown.

3. Fill in the sales and registration details. Sales Date, Registration Date, and Handover Date are mandatory. If you do not know the exact registration date, please enter the handover date instead.

4. Customer information is optional. If you provide an email address, a customer contact will be created in our system and linked to the vehicle. If no email is provided, only the vehicle record will be updated.

5. Click Submit. You will see a confirmation if the submission was successful.

Important notes:

• Each VIN can only be reported once. If you try to submit a VIN that has already been reported, you will receive a duplicate warning, (except for Ex-Demo / Courtesy).

• For Ex-Demo or Courtesy vehicles, the existing registration date will not be overwritten.
